Family businesses operate in an increasingly global environment. The 2-week international immersion provides exposure to international family enterprise practices, governance, innovation, and growth models. It will also provide global networking opportunities, avenues for global market expansions, insight into the latest advanced disruptive trends, and new business models. Immersion is an optional component, with an alternative dissertation/internship route for participants who do not undertake it.
