About the Programme
This Senior Leadership Program is designed for Group A officers of GoI to aquip them with the skills and mindset required for strategic, high-impact leadership roles. As officers progress in their careers, the nature of their responsibilities shifts from operational management to policy formulation, innovation, and governance reform. This program addresses that transition through a blend of strategic thinking, leadership development, interdepartmental collaboration, and global exposure.
Participants engage with real-world challenges, international best practices, and cross-sector insights to enhance their capacity to lead transformational change in public service. The SLP ultimately empowers officers to evolve from administrators to visionary leaders who shape the future of governance in India.
Who Can Attend?
The Senior Leadership Programme is ideally suited for Professionals from the Government and Non-Government organizations. This programme benefits working executives with at least 7+ years of management experience from any industry and domain.
- Indian Government Officials in AIS and Group “A” Services. Officers deputed on Central Staffing Scheme and officers of CSS & CSSS.
- Industry representation – aspiring COOs, CFOs, CEOs, Head of Business Units (P&L), Managing Directors, Directors, VP’s & Entrepreneurs.
- Senior Managers/ Senior Executives with a significant role to play in shaping their organization’s strategic outlook.
