About the Programme
Advanced Program for Public Human Resource Management is tailored for Group "A" officers of the Government of India to build strategic and operational competencies in human capital management across public sector institutions. The programme blends theoretical frameworks with practical applications, addressing both foundational and strategic HRM dimensions.
Key focus areas include organizational design and change management, talent acquisition and retention, leadership and succession planning, knowledge management, and the global context of HRM.
