Pedagogy

To make this 100% online program engaging and impactful, we will use a variety of pedagogies to create a powerful learning experience for all participants. Minimizing lecturing, we will primarily leverage a mix of brief presentations, large and small group discussions, simulations and exercises. We will also use a mix of online collaboration technologies to rapidly gather and share participant insights and ideas. Most importantly, we will help all participants actively apply what they learn to their own projects and goals, and leave the program with an action plan for continued learning and development. Prof. Nishant Uppal

Faculty in the area of Human Resource Management, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Prof. Nishant Uppal is a faculty of Organisational Behavior in the Human Resources Management Group, Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He earned his Ph.D. in Organisational Behavior and Human Resource Management.

He has published five books with Penguin Random House, Pearson, Cengage, and Routledge. His latest book- Narcissus or Machiavelli: Learning Leadership from Indian Prime Minister – is a landmark in the domain and well acclaimed.

He has published some papers in world-renowned journals such as Personality and Individual Differences, Studies in Higher Education, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and Journal for Global Business Advancement, etc.

He specializes in the fields of change management, organizational adaptation, job design, organizational structure, and personality. His research papers can be seen in Google Scholar.

He conducts management development programs on Change Management, Team Building, Attitude and Perception, and Conflict and Negotiation Management. He does process consulting in the areas of culture building, team building, coaching and mentoring, and assessment and development centers. He has been involved in training and consulting for organizations.

PROGRAMME CERTIFICATE
