IIML has the following specialised computer labs, set up for supporting specific courses.
Manufacturing Decision Lab
Set up with funding from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), this lab caters to the needs of the elective course Manufacturing Systems Design. The lab hosts an IBM Netfinity 5500 running Windows NT and has 4 HP Vectra Pentiums & 5 HCL Infinity Pentiums, dedicated to this course. Simulation Software, Mathematical Queuing Software, Oracle ERP software etc. have been hosted in this lab.
Internet Commerce Research Center
Setup with the Ministry of HRD funding, ICRC provides a heterogeneous research environment for multi-disciplinary approach to Internet Commerce. The Center is equipped with IBM/RS-6000 server running AIX, several servers running Windows-NT, Linux and multi-media facilities. The heterogeneous development environment, consisting of Apache, Microsoft IIS WebServer, Site Server, Index Server, Graphics toolkits and databases such as Postgres, SQL Server, is used for conducting Electronic Commerce research, and for project development by the students.

IIM Lucknow has signed up with Lotus Development Corporation to set up up a Lotus Work Flow Lab in the institute
