There is an application fee of Rs. 1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) for all candidates except for candidates belonging to the SC/ST category who will pay Rs 750 (Rupees seven hundred and fifty only) if they attach a attested copy of their caste certificate with the completed application form. The Demand Draft should be in favour of Indian Institute of Management Lucknow - Noida Campus, payable at Noida. Applications without the fee or less than the requisite fee will be rejected.

	Download and print the application form which is in a MS-Word format on A4 size good quality paper.
	Paste one passport size photograph with glue at the space provided on the application form, attach one same additional passport size photograph (by writing name & date of birth) on the first page of application form.
	It is recommended that the completed Application Form should reach the Admissions Office latest by 5:30 PM of 6th March 2010. Write your name at the back side of DEMAND DRAFT . The application fee once paid is non refundable.
	Online submission of Application Form will not be entertained.
