This Program aims to provide cutting edge knowledge in the frontiers of Human Resource Development and Management. The Program is designed to provide training in the techniques and nuances in human resource management expected of a successful professional in the corporate sector, banks, and financial institutions or in any entrepreneurial venture
The duration of the Program is OneYear, and covers all aspects of HR. The program will deal with varied topics in the area of HR processes and strategic HRM.In the new economy, differentiation in the domestic and international context is diminishing and therefore the program will give adequate emphasis on Human Resource Issues in the Global Context. The program will have Two campus visits at IIM L NOIDA campus. The Program will be delivered through classes held at NIIT Imperia Centers for Advanced Learning, once a week, as per the mentioned schedule and with the help of case studies, experience-sharing and best practices.
The unique feature of the program is the context in which the program will be delivered. The economic slowdown has had an impact on all aspects of business and in this context, the HR response to the economic slowdown becomes the key to success. The program will also touch upon the HR challenges in the slowing economy to prepare working executives to come up with appropriate response to the current environment
Human Resource professionals in the corporate sector with more than two years’ experience, seeking to develop their careers in Human Resource departments will find this program most useful. The program will also be relevant for those who are running/heading any business/profit center and are engaged in managing human resources on a regular basis. Consultants engaged in the area of human resources, training and development activities or those supporting organizational behavior will find the program challenging and stimulating.

APHRM consists of 160 Instructional hours through the on-campus module and online modules using synchronous learning, spread over twelve months. In addition to live session through Interactive Synchronous Learning Technology platform, Students Service Portal service will be provided to students for Post & Pre Work as desirable by the Institute.
There will be TWO on-campus visit, one is scheduled at the beginning of the course and 2nd one will middle or last, to be held at IIML Noida campus. It is MANDATORY for all the selected participants, to attend the on-campus Module. However in case of extreme emergency, prior approval of Programme Director is required. All participants have to pay the on-campus fees (irrespective of attending or not attending the on-campus module).
Classes will be held every Wednesday from 6.30 PM – 9.30 PM. On some days, classes may extend beyond the mentioned time. In addition to attending interactive sessions, students will also have to participate in online assignments and examination.
The course would be offered in six modules across three terms. There would be an examination at the end of each Term. Based on the performance in the exam, students will be awarded following grades: Excellent, Good, Average orBelow Average.
Minimum prescribed Attendance (over all & per module) is another main criterion for evaluation & certification.
Students will successfully complete the program if they have received Poor grades in not more than Two courses. Successful candidates will receive a certificate of successful completion from IIM Lucknow. Students with more than 2 POOR grades will get “Certificate of Participation from the Institute.Those with requisite participation but unable to complete successfully will receive “Certificate of Participation”.
The program will be delivered through classes held at NIIT Imperia Centers for Advanced Learning once a week. In addition, there will beTwo workshops (1st Workshop of 3days and 2nd Workshop of 3 days) at IIM L NOIDA campus during the course of the program.
