The program is designed to provide managers and professionals with a broad overview of the key concepts, tools and techniques needed to successfully meet the challenges of today’s global business environment. Individual courses will give participants the knowledge needed to work cross-functionally within the organization and become more skilled in the basics of business management.

Programme Objectives

Early career success often comes through specialization in a single functional domain, but further advancement frequently requires the development of a more general set of skills and a more comprehensive, multi-functional perspective. In short, future success requires an ability to think, act, and lead differently. The goal of the programme is to smooth and accelerate this transition of the professional into general management

The Programme combines skill building — in general management, strategy, finance, and leadership—with the exploration of relevant concepts and practices.. It helps participants select, develop, and retain employees; build strong teams; and position their businesses for growth and sustained profitability. On a personal level, the program enables participants to examine and rethink their most basic assumptions about management and leadership. It is a time for self-reflection and personal discovery — an interlude that help participants refine their judgment, enhance their skill set, and increase their confidence.

Participants return to their organizations with the analytical skills needed to identify, frame, and solve complex business problems, the confidence to make important business decisions and the leadership skills needed to drive fundamental change in their organizations and industries. Who Should Attend

  • Applicants should be working professionals/self-employed
  • Graduates (10+2+3) in any discipline with min. 50% marks [aggregate - considering results of all years (e.g. 3 or 4 together)] recognized by UGC/AICTE.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience (full-time paid employment) post completion of graduation as on Application Closure Date
  • Students will be shortlisted based on their eligibility of their application forms and Statement of Purpose
  • (SOP) submitted along with their application form and selected on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test.
  • Selection process is solely at the discretion of the Institute
