Sameer Mathur is a Marketing Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow. He received a Ph.D. and M.S in Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business and he has previously taught at McGill University in Canada. He teaches / has taught courses on Brand Management, Marketing Management, International Marketing at IIM Lucknow, McGill University, Carnegie Mellon University. His teaching materials on Marketing, published on for free, have been viewed over 600,000 times from over 99 countries. Sameer Mathur’s research is focused on Branding, Pricing & Promotion strategies.
