  • 16 years of academic work-experience (13 years at IIM Lucknow and 3 years at IIITM, Gwalior)
  • 4 years of Industry experience in the areas of Business Development (in companies like Hitachi); IT/ERP Consulting (executed projects for SAP Australia, among others) and as a co-founder of an IT start-up.
  • Designed and Developed new courses/ programs in Business Analytics/ Data Mining in collaboration with SAS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxvlSxaPTjk & http://www.sas.com/en_in/customers/iim-lucknow.html) and in ERP/ Enterprise Systems in collaboration with Microsoft.
  • Published in globally reputed international journals, primarily in the areas of Machine Learning/ Data Mining and its applications in CRM, Marketing and Finance.
